Natural Draft Ventilation Engineering Division
The natural draft ventilation products were initially introduced into the Group by Lloyd Palmer, who, during his forth generation development of the business, expanded the simple cutting and forming of flat sheet metal activity of the business to a well recognised general sheet metal manufacturing facility. Part of Lloyd’s expansion of the sheet metal manufacturing facility was to focus on specialist requirements of roofing contractors. The initial natural draft ventilation products were simply sheet metal copies of existing products that were accepted by the roofing industry. With the introduction of the mechanical engineering office during the fifth generation development of the Group, the product range was expanded and the design of the products was reassessed from an engineering position.
The Group has closed it’s 1,800M2 Manufacturing Facility at 9(A) Production Avenue, Ernest, on the Gold Coast in Queensland. The facility was a computer aided design facility that specialised in the manufacture of Air Handling System componentry. To-day, Natural Draft Ventilation is a natural draft ventilation system design office that can supply natural draft ventilation system equipment.
